DDG Says Halle Bailey Is A 'Psychological Risk' To Halo In Court Filing

In a new, jaw-dropping chapter in the ongoing child custody battle of rapper DDG and Actress-singer Halle Bailey, court papers disclose shocking, profoundly personal, and damaging allegations expected to impact legal proceedings moving forward. The rapper-turned-reality star, born Daryl Dwayne Granberry, Jr., filed docs for an emergency petition requesting that the court deny the jumped-up TV star's request to travel with their 17-month-old son, Halo to Australia and/or other far away cleaning corners of the world. Halle also threatened his life once in a mind-numbing event, where she reportedly snatched his legal firearm and fled the house without notifying anyone of what she was doing or where she was going. He described this as a direct threat to her personally and, hence, to their foetus at the time. These actions, he said, demonstrate a "pattern of emotional coercion and manipulation" that makes traveling internationally with Halo especially onerous, such as a two-month foray to Italy for work, an "unacceptable" risk.

The rapper's filing is not limited to challenging the travel orders. He is also asking the court to grant him sole legal and physical custody of Halo because of multiple alleged situations of stalking and verbal and physical abuse. Instead, he suggested a closely monitored schedule where he and Bailey would share custody of the baby in short shifts during visitations.
