Timothée Chalamet Rocks A Bold New Look

Timothée Chalamet loves to play with his signature style, but his newest hairstyle has people talking. And there the "Dune" lead was on July 5, in Saint-Tropez, France, with girlfriend Kylie Jenner, with distinctly different-looking hair. With a green bandana tied around his head and a blue Nike baseball cap on, the 29-year-old actor concealed his head, but all of the back of his neck appeared to be freshly shaved clean, presumably to convert the long curls that he became famous for into a cool, low-maintenance trim.

Chalamet's new style has struck a chord with fans and the media, given his tendency to let his curls roam free, which has become an integral part of his on- and off-screen persona. This abrupt switch has sparked considerable speculation.  Chalamet seemed to be giving his facial hair a break, too. Posting a photo to his Stories, the actor's upper lip had recently been styled for his upcoming role in "Marty Supreme," featuring a darker patch above his lip and a matching mustache on his bottom lip, but he stepped out with Kylie Jenner while sporting an even smoother face.

Timothée even had a light-hearted laugh at his facial hair when he appeared on The Late Show in December, commenting on the difference between his first appearance and his current one. "I got a little somethin' now," he said, stroking his mustache. "The first time I was on here, I hadn't hit puberty. Now my voice has changed and I'll probably play The Rock in his next biopic." Whether it's for an upcoming movie role or just a personal makeover, Timothée Chalamet's new look is turning heads. While he continues to play around with his look, his fans can only hope to get more sneak peeks of what's in store for this rising star.
