This chapter in Trisha Paytas' life is now officially closed. After giving birth to her son, Aquaman Moses Paytas-Hacmon, the 37-year-old creator has revealed a shockingly personal decision that came after what she described as the scariest moment in her life as a mother.
Trisha didn't mince words on the July 22 episode of her Just Trish podcast. The YouTuber and performer, who shares daughter Malibu, 2, and son Elvis, 10 months, with husband Moses Hacmon, and the newborn Aquaman, called her most recent C-section delivery "the most chaotic, traumatizing birth of my life." "This was definitely final baby, for sure," Trisha said definitively. "Right when we had this baby, a nurse came in and she goes, 'Oh, are you guys gonna try for an even four?' I was like, 'Lady, I just had a third traumatic birth."

And traumatic it was. "I actually thought I was going to die—I was like, 'I don't know if I can handle this.'" Following three C-sections in a little over two years, Trisha chose to have her fallopian tubes removed, something that would put the final nail in the coffin for any future pregnancies. In a society where celebrity often glorifies bouncing back or having many children, Trisha's frank willingness to share her experiences offers a much-needed counterpoint. And her choice was a medical decision based on survival, setting boundaries, and prioritizing her family.
In her story, Trisha is the voice of a woman fighting for the right to own her body and her limits. Her family life with Moses and their three distinctively named children will continue to remain every bit as colourful as it has always been, but fans have now been reminded that there is more to Madiha than glitter and internet fame after she survived an entirely different kind of storm. With the arrival of Aquaman, Moses, and a poignant goodbye to further pregnancies, Trisha Paytas is holding her ground as she settles on what she calls the perfect number. Three children, one brave choice, and a tale like no other.
