Michelle Williams And Thomas Kail Welcomes Baby

Michelle Williams has welcomed her family's newest member. The Hollywood icon announced that she and her husband, Thomas Kail, recently welcomed their third child together, a daughter, through a surrogate. Williams is already mom to 18-year-old Matilda, whom she shares with her late partner, Heath Ledger.

The Dawson's Creek grad revealed the happy news during an August 18 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where Tiffany Haddish was the guest host. After months of speculation, Williams cleared the air, saying she was filled with gratitude to the woman who allowed her family to feel complete. However, she confessed that she was trying to juggle these busy schedules. "It's good," she explained. "It's just really busy and I'm trying to figure out the work-life balance. II hear that a lot of people are talking about self care and I'm just wondering, 'When?' Because I'm the working mom and I already have the guilt and I don't want to take more time away from them. But I understand that I need to fill up the tank."

Joking about her visits to government offices, she said, "I've been hanging out at the social security offices thing, because you get to wait in silence for an hour. I have it all figured out."
