Helladdict lights the metal scene with new single "Sudden Death"

Helladdict's new single, "Sudden Death," is a massive comeback for metal's most revolutionary time. In this band, Ignacio Hernández and Sebastián Ibáñez play guitars, Mark Reynolds plays bass, Gonzalo Bayer plays drums, and Javier Hernández and Juan Barra are in charge of vocals.

The band was formed in 2022, and their music is characterized by a rough and rebellious sound, reminiscent of metal music from the 1980s and 1990s. The song "Sudden Death" begins with a riff that combines the heavy and thrash metal genres with the raw energy of punk. Every guitar and bass line is carefully planned, paying homage to well-known bands like Metallica, Slayer, Iron Maiden, and Pantera, while still having a unique effect.

The vocals make the song more intense by switching between angry growls and loud shouts, which effectively convey the song's anger and defiance. Helladdict aims to blend homage and innovation in their music, and their lyrics reveal that they are dissatisfied with the current state of affairs. Every drumbeat makes the song more urgent and intense, pushing it forward as a call to arms for both metal fans and newcomers.

Helladdict demonstrates that, despite the genre's evolution over the years, the rebelliousness, boldness of riffs, and intensity of sound from the genre's peak decades remain very much alive. People who like classic heavy and thrash metal, as well as people who like loud, fast music, should check out Helladdict. "Sudden Death" is an electrifying declaration.
